Full conversion of LO’s promises a highly-material sum of money, $60m+, at a crucial time for the company. It could substantially remove the funding question for P3, almost certainly boost the SP in the process, strengthen the negotiating position with partners, keep dilution at bay, while all the new equity goes into the hands of loyal holders, who are subsequently rewarded with PBs to boot. Am I mad, or is this primed for PAR shareholders to launch the next era of this company? And maybe get it onto a few front pages as well?

It's an interesting concept. Probably the biggest hurdle is how to fund in cash...

Ie does PR have or have access to $3.37 Mil in funds?

Do a great majority/a lot/any significant amount of us holders have a quarter of our share holding x $0.65 to fund sooner rather than later?

A lot of key holders might and that could be enough, I like your thinking though.
