When did it become a conversation that pharmaceutical companies will be expecting an equity share from PAR in return for money?
We are selling the right to distribute iPPS, what has the potential to be the next blockbuster drug on the market, in return for capital to fund the Phase III trial. Our position isn’t that weak that we need to give them a share in the company, they will be getting a share in the drug.
The options will be about funding the day to day running of the company while the money we raise from biopharma will be about financing the Phase III trial.
