Personally I think the options are overpriced atm. The latest announcement doesn't give any new info re a deal just says "the company is actively pursuing strategic partnerships and non/less dilutive funding opportunities"
Until they announce a deal there's always a chance of yet another CR then the options will likely be worthless when they expire in a year not 2028 that's the piggyback options and you only get them if you exercise the options.
Has the word "less dilutive" been used before when describing deals or has it always been non dilutive?
Less dilutive could imply giving stock to a potential partner which would be a good thing IMO
