The implied volatility of the options is currently ~85% (OP: $0.20, SP: $0.50, T_LO: 0.95 years), which based on PAR's historical volatility and the upcoming catalysts, still seems too low to me.
Putting B&S valuations aside, I think there is more than a 50% chance that PAR does a deal in the next few months and the share price increases to over $1.00.
