Wrong. I first heard about PAR in 2020, and I still remember the announcement in early 2020 where PR said that PAR was "fully funded" for Phase 3 trials and gave an estimated Phase 3 trial readout date of 2022...
I purchased my first PAR shares in July 2021 @ $1.935/share, without doing my own research (other than reading a few PAR announcements and some HotCopper posts).
The only reason I've made a profit on PAR is because I spent some time researching PAR after I resigned from my job in mid-2024, and decided to purchase more PAR shares in September & November 2024 (and then again after the capital raise in December).
Before buying PAR shares in September 2024 I was down over $40K on PAR.
I now hold over 300K PAROA options, so I'm just as invested in PR doing a deal as you are, I just don't think slamming PR/PAR under their LinkedIn announcements is a good use of time (unless you're trying to scare away any potential investors, which wouldn't make sense as your sentiment is "Buy").
