my difficulty is not that they are doing the right thing I believe they are It is their ability to set a price for options when they are still only drilling to discover how good or not that which they have already found is . I believe that what they find will be commercial but to be so they have to move form exploration to development and in that set up a development plan . As far as the vanadium is concerned we can only hope that as the world economy recovers someone will be interested in it
