Here is AGE's reply to me direct from their chief financial officer and company secretary; Payment of the 4.5c per shares offered is paid to the share registry, Automic. Payment Details will be on the share issue notice.

"on or around 5 November Automic will be preparing the option allocation notices (10% of your shares as at 29th Oct ). These will then be mailed or emailed depending on your instructions to the registry. You will have up until 1 February 2022 to decide whether to exercise or let the options lapse. Should you decide to exercise and pay the 4.5c per option to acquire Alligator shares we will look to allocate these (with the help of Automic) in batches up until the last opportunity on 1 Feb 2022"
