There will be 260,411,320 new shares if all the options are taken up. The company will get $0.04 for each share ($10,416,452).
The options are "non-renounceable" which I understand to mean they cannot be traded.
This all means that if you don't take up your options you will miss out to some degree because the share price is likely to be lower than if no loyalty options existed.
The positive in all this is that you have the opportunity to see an acceptable share price before you make the decision to buy rather than buying in the expectation that they will rise in value.
It makes no real difference to me, I'm still fully behind TV2. I'm just trying to get a better understanding.

once you have the options in your account, they certainly can be traded.
