    As the announcement reads.
    I infer this is a way of the company flagging potential catalyst (a), i.e. drill program. 97mil options at give away price but with an exercise price of 3cents, which can potentially provide $3mil cash for the company in the next 12months.
    Drill announcement any now, imo.
