The strategic investor is unknown to you (and me) but it’s not unknown to the board.
Do you really think they would be stupid enough to allow a strategic to take a position without there being a positive and vetted reason for doing this. The board owns 176 million shares for goodness sake.
Most of the comments on these threads could be better summarized as “I’m sad the share price is down”. Here’s an idea, if you think the stock is undervalued (which I do) then buy some more (which I have).
Nothing has changed with the underlying fundamentals and if they continue to deliver positive clinical results then the price will certainly improve.
