    I confirmed this with my broker this morning. The strategic group paid 35 cents per share for the circa 11.7 million shares. A total of $4.1 million as it states in the announcement.

    The Directors have not received anything. In essence they have foregone the profit to enable this group to take a strategic position in the company.
