It will tell you what your allowance is based on holding as at the record date. But it explicitly says to apply for the shortfall, you Bpay them more money than required for the 10:1 options you are allocated. It says something along the lines of "any funds received above the requirement is taken as application for the shortfall offer". And yes, I am sure they will refund you if you do not get any shortfall options.

Last date to complete the offer is 25/2, but it says they need to receive the money via Bpay before 25/2. In that case, I would recommend to do it a couple days early if you are with a slow bank.
