$750'000 in management fees last FY plus $90'000 in director fees - why would they give it up?
Directors only meet 6 times a year so that costs us 15'000 per meeting just in salaries, plus all other expenses on top of course.
However, see today's SNC announcement re proposed merger - that merger would clearly be in shareholders interests, and directors have an obligation to act in shareholders interest... Have there been any action? So far they've been silent, so watch this space.
