CLZ has two options (in my opinion).

Either find a partner (with a strong pocket of cash) or, seek approval to mine for some more gold (if affordable) to improve liquidity.

Has CLZ board done any feasibility study report which can be used for project funding?
Obviously, the board is lacking experience in securing funding!

Time for meaningful full round table discussions. Their current strategy is not working - it should but it isn't.
If lacking in management capability then seek a CFO who can competently steer the business.
