looks like it will be a wonka. the shortfall has been issued to market as of last Friday but looks like the 'chance' of extra entitlement has been a mislead to retail holders. I'd say it's been allocated to the pocket liners 'at the absolute discretion of the board'. Why offer it to everyone and not allocate it? When am I going to see my money back and what about the interest in holding?
According to the timeline provided, issuance of the shortfall could be as late as January, but the appendix 3 has already been issued for them..
