I don’t understand why people have trouble understanding options, the exercise price is 30c on the options, if the heads price is 30c , and you pay 7c a option then you are paying a 7c premium, if the heads were for example on good news 50c a head, then based on the current premium of 7c then the options would trade at 27c a option.
imo the options are trading surprisingly high and yes this would indicate that buyers are happy to step up and pay a significant premium to get some.
in terms of exercising them, it would be the cost price you pay for example 7c again and you buy say 10k options, then it would be $700 cost price, then if you wanted to exercise them 10k x 30c = $3000, so total outlay $3700 where you could buy 10k heads currently for $2950.
