Hey @mitis - it is standard when you are issuing shares (at a fair price) and want all shares to be taken up - and the company is getting the entirety to the expected proceeds.
But this is a "Shortfall" options issue at 0.1cents - not a fair price for such options.
Let me ask you the question, if you were offered "Shortfall" options at 0.1c, how many would you take up?
I would take up the lot at the "peanuts" price .
