I'll try step it out,
1. Log into Automic.
2. Once logged in you should see your portfolio holdings, shift your eyes to the right of the screen and you should see "Documents & Statements" (Same line as your name etc)
3. Select "Documents & Statements"
4. Under "Categories" select "Other Documents"
5. In the other documents section you should see a form which says IHLOPT22 Option Exercise Form
6. Download IHLOPT22 Option Exercise Form and figure out which option pardon the pun works for you to exercise the options.
