    This is consistent with the LKE Bonus Entitlement conditions.

    As most, if not all directors are Option Holders?
    As the BOD own some 14% of Shares on Issue

    Will this not affect the overall total, that's planned to be raised?
    Does anyone have other thoughts on this?
