Yes I am fine with it. It was a bonus issue and everyone had the chance to participate on the same terms. No different to a rights issue where the shortfall is placed and there was always going to be 22 million options as disclosed in the prospectus so who holds them hasn't changed any of that.

In my experience with these types of issues I'm sure the bulk of the shortfall has been allocated to people/groups who have supported the stock on market and will continue to do so.

As I said all you had to do was log on to the share registry and download your entitlement form which is what I did. I think you will find a lot of people probably received allocations of 10, 20k options worth $10 or $20 and didn't act on it because of the size of the entitlement. That's their prerogative, no different to knowing from the IPO that if you wanted a bigger entitlement to options you could've bought more shares.
