You didn’t read it because you’re complaining about something that is prescribed in a public document and which meets the statutory requirements of the Corporations Act and the listing rules.
Sour grapes isn’t a legal argument but slandering the Company is. Something to consider.
As I said, if you’ve got an issue with the Company then you can vote with your feet and sell. No one cares if you’re a shareholder, I certainly don’t.
