Hi Minoil, I don't think anyone here has an issue with the loyalty offer, I am all for it - the issue is the allocation of the shortfall - management had the opportunity to be fair but excluded shareholders who applied.
There would be no issue with management's shortfall allocation policy if it was a standard entitlement issue and a reasonable price had to be paid for the securities - but when they are practically free its a little on the nose that a select few were given the opportunity. Shortfall equated to approx 2% of the company - and was sold for $4,000.
