There would be no issue with management's shortfall allocation policy if it was a standard entitlement issue and a reasonable price had to be paid for the securities - but when they are practically free its a little on the nose that a select few were given the opportunity. Shortfall equated to approx 2% of the company - and was sold for $4,000.

You’re wrong and you need to move on.

The option holders are not shareholders until they exercise their options for 25c. It’s not 2% of the Company for $4,000. That is categorically incorrect. The 22m options would raise $5.5m at 25c and you can buy stock today for 21c.

And in any case it’s done so either move on or sell because your comments add no value to this thread.
