    Fwiw....I agree, and it happens in most CR's as well...usually covered by " boards discretion "...
    Not a great situation but commonplace, and again, it's the small few who didn't bother, why, I'll never know
    Anyway, took mine and I'll happily take a few OM if someone wants to chuck them out... even a 5 dollar entitlement gets you 200 squid OM
