Agree. ASX/ASIC should not allow this. Found another company today who did the same. For the sake of $22k receipts and probably spent the same on costs, should have just made a bonus issue to shareholders, which would not have resulted in any shortfall and everyone treated equally. Just bad behaviour by people who know they can get away with it.
