Good question, the million dollar one. My guess is they'll turn Loyyal into something else, maybe modify it in some way, with a new name. A new bunch of directors and investors will come on board. RFN may even change name.
They have already alluded to a float, so they must have something planned. But maybe it will never happen, either due to technical difficulties, or not winning the bid, or some other political or legal struggle. They may just de-list.
