They can't have a court win as they dropped the case against Loyyal, but they could have an announcement of some kind.

The Loyyal bankruptcy is a shitshow. They are really incredibly out of money and they are at the point where they are tallying up the value the bookshelves. I'm amazed that they let it get that far - can't see how they weren't operating insolvent for a substantial period. Don't know whether this would make it easier or harder for RFN to grab the IP, but my opinion is that it's worthless either way. Loyyal was always a rort - a demo built on the $$$ from the previous investors to attract the next round of investors, all the while pulling down big salaries.
