This is bullshit! Does anyone else get the feeling like you're a used car salesman and you've just flicked the keys over to the customer and said "take her for a spin, see what you think, then come back and we can talk about it, ,hey go easy on the lead foot, there's a few ponies there under that hood!"

It's still a tough market out there I get it but I tell ya, I just want to see some bloody development and some coin coming in. All this deal has done is spread the risk around. We just took on more risk which we don't need.
