I suspect they can say that within 2 weeks they will have an response to the HF question saying its nice and safe. the next month extension will be when they increase the offer to 11.25 for 1 or something. the is something else at play much larger than the TO, I suspect we will have a better idea next week when we find out whom has purchased all of the shortfall shares..
