I'm not a s/h of either company but LIT came on my radar late last year, been watching and trying to get my head around it ever since. Have to say that the litigation muddies the water and both would benefit from a resolution.
To me the TO appears to make good sense for both companies. As a combined entity they will be a much more attractive proposition and very well placed to ride the Lithium boom to come
