Lots of volume at this 2.3 level, but I'd be wary imo, wary of the '8 instos' playing pass the parcel, in order to suppress and load up further. Either that or someone just wants out and is slowly offloading. Either way the game has to play out before it'll move, one way or the other, but my guess is up. Next few announcements should be quite positive. Would love to see the acceleration to UM numbers, give us a couple of 10+ GWh conversion months should see the pundits take notice!
