If LPE (SXT) is to be the 'authorised retailer' for Tritium's EV chargers there should be minimal capital cost to SXT; the charger is still owned and supplied by Tritium. Depending on speed of rollout of Tritium's charging station network SXT could get some attractive 'ticket-clipping' revenue from this. The beauty of this deal is that it seems to sit comfortably alongside the residential power supply business and actually provides a bit of synergy as well. Would this arrangement help speed up rate of uptake of power supply deals? Quite possibly.
