Seems good. Similar diverter product to Allume it looks like. Basically hardware diverter based on real time demand and metering/tracking.
I'm not worried. There is plenty of room for more players at the moment. They likely aren't as far in development and deployment yet either, and aren't a full retailer like LPE (which gives LPE other advantages in billing products / won't need a 3rd party for the grid connection).
Overall the flow battery idea is cool though too.
This industry is going to be big. Very big.
