Ann: LPI & Codelco enter into binding scheme implementation deed, page-151

I've been burnt by African & South American districts a lot. I sold yesterday at 54.5.

Corrupt countries there is too much risk. When I compare the valuation of LPI at $385M vs CXO around $780M, being much further along and the lower risk nature of it I decided to take my gains and invest there.

It looks like some big boys are buying all the 53-54c of LPI. Maybe they get the votes to push the valuation up which would be great. But to me, my backside hurts too much already from SA & African investing.

Goodluck to all! I hope it gets pushed up to 80c, where I believe it should be!
