    I feel like for an offer this low and for management to be recommending it to shareholders, Codelco must have us by our balls. Threatening us with legal action etc. No way they can let the project go for less than 10% of its NPV if they are confident we can start construction this year.

    Never investing in South America again, Chile is clearly no better than the others.
