You can go against the govt institution in countries like Chile. Even if ALB steps in and puts a better offer in, it would pass through any legislative hurdles and they will make sure that the deal fails and by that time they would have caused so much disruption that they may able to buy it out at even better price then we are offered today.. We can be disappointed with the offer but we dont have any option but to accept it..
