No company provides a buy out offer to another company of "fair value", it was unreasonable to assume this was going to be the case. I believe this is significantly undervalued offer but well done to all the recent buyers who made a quick buck, and any longs who are now in the money. People short changed by this I feel empathetic toward, it was only 1 year ago we were at the same buyout price.

edit, it would be reasonable to assume that the buyout was going to based on NPV if the company was suggesting this but no big company is going to play ball with this concept. This kind of discount is ridiculous
