Ann: LPI Consolidates 100% of the Maricunga Project, page-13

It is always the same with LPI.
They make great progress, but it always takes much longer as expected.

Now consolidation day is 21th november. I really hope the court is not making problems, so we finally own 100% in 3 weeks.

I also hoped, that we will see the other major news directly after this date. The last activity reports shows, that this will not happen:

- Financing (they are talking with potential investions since years now!)
- Offtake Mitsui - they are not ready yet! Will take longer...
- WA demeger planned in february 2023
- WA drilling in mid 2023
- Brine testing by GEA since end of year - hopefully!
...

I am in for several years now ... will have to hold longer and longer ...
