It's called picking up your phone mate and contacting them. like I have said in previous posts. I have a fair bit of skin in this stock so personally rather than the info I read on HC I'd rather speak directly to the source. They do not bite and are quite happy to take your call to discuss any matter. Have said on many occasion for anyone who has any concern to call.
