    That being said, I wondered if the managment has received offers (unofficially) from the Chinese already and rejected them. At only $100m market cap, it's not quite possible no one makes an offer yet. Easily $300m for LPI's 51% stake or $600m for the whole project. Still lower than $900+m for Neolithium.
