Demerger was meant to be announced prior as one of my post suggests but after discussions just now consolidating the 3 entities and allowing BRZ a small might I add entitlement to WA assets enabled this transaction to happen smoother and quicker.
Always some share holders looking to pick the negative out of a great announcement. Amuses me.
Demerger news will now be released in due course to market as Consolidation took priority.
Take over a possibility with further interest. Taking LPI to production would be my preference but if the price is right you never know.
I also believe Board has been selected for our WLI company further acquisitions to follow.
