I'm interested in the Pie. MB 30% is not a concern at this stage, it's a blessing. At SP CONSIDERABLY higher, that would be a concern yes. Not now IMO, and that 30% could be reduced and taken over by someone with bigger shoulders anyway...

Maricunga Stg 1 and Stg 2 is only the beginning IMO.

my point is that we are here because we all believe the SP should be higher. When it was higher (a month ago) management could have made the deal and MB would not hold 30%.

Also current SH would not have been diluted out of GB to the tune of 50%
