parties kicking tyres already. it's going to be at a significant premium and possibly even a few competing parties so I'd say now is a very good time to enter LPI. You retain interest in WA assets and get a big windfall on Maricunga. DFS likely catalyst for re-rate followed by either binding Mitsui contract or takeover offer for at least $1 but hopefully closer to $2!
