Hi Caketin. you are misled , I act for a group of private investment companies and as a director it falls into the net as associated parties. It's all of us that are cash strapped as the projects most of those companies are funding have a way to go. I wish it was all mine. We are hoping that by June we are out of the woods As I love the June sales bargains way better than Christmas.

I think that the accounting standards really cause trouble for a growing company. I was mildly disappointed at the EPS in 2014 only to realise that the accounting standards dont adjust to give an annualized EPS. They just account for the earnings during the ownership period and even if you backdate the deal the revenue and profit is offset against purchase price - I presume reducing Goodwill. However all of us are looking to EPS growth to determine the future.

We will have 1 Quarter of "Scan" excluded this year and last year we only had 6 months of L&R etc. It makes my valuation process very difficult. It must obviously do the same for the rest of the market in trying to get a handle around the valuation. It needs to be explained and its an area I think PGC could do better. I am not that interested in the past I am far more interested into the future so I would like to be able to unpack the results and projections.

I expect a good bounce at the half year to around 45 to 50c and as you say the market will hopefully start pricing in the future then as well. I personally think its worth the 45 to 50c now without any better news.
