    I would never participate in any SPP where the price is not disclosed prior to the issue.
    It's like giving someone a blank signed cheque.
    I will also never participate in any SPP that Pattersons are involved with as experience has shown me
    that on most occasions if you want additional shares you would invariably be able to buy them in the market
    at the same price as the SPP or better.
