As soon as the placement was announced I sold almost all my shares at $0.15 and bought them back in the placement I wonder if anyone else also did the same, perhaps selling all their shares, and whether they count as pre or post placement security holders?

It was pretty simple calculation - sell all your shares now for more than 11.5c and get them all back in the share placement. As long as you hold only a few thousand dollars worth this would make a “profit”!
