I normally expect price to pull back to around capital raise levels. However in this case the capital raise was with no discount and still snapped up very quickly! This stock is highly illiquid and has very few retail holders. Whoever bought in, did so quickly and I'd say with the expectation to hold long term as they wouldn't be able to sell their shares on market easily even if they wanted to.
Long term I think this company will be a take over target and most holders at the top end , which makes up around 80% of shareholders are expecting this
