Im the same mrmatty, im not hear to offend either. The S/H approval as it says will be on shares to the value plus a lazy 10k. then 500 k mid may-june. then capital contribution of 3 million over 3 years. Too me the later is irrelevant? (3 mil) I would like to think we are fine to June 2017. cash burn is a worry, but will need to look at this quarterly before Im concerned.
Sell the sands and we are all look good. Thats the ann that we need. Catamarca Project is a done deal, and may steady to a couple of pips up when announced, but sell sands and the dragon will rise! Cheers dr
