Having been with LPD for several years and just gone through all the LIT crrrap, I have read the patent on this technology. Also the Chinese patent and LIT's Sileach patent application. LIT cites the Chinese patent so they obviously think that they have a hope of getting a patent from enough variation. This Argentinian patent was granted when LIT was filing. Basically LIT grinds up the ore and adds CaF2 and makes a slurry to which H2SO4 is added with a little heat. The lithium bearing materials leach out and the lithium is recovered along with by-products. Basically it is the same as the Chinese patent and is the same as this Argentinian patent.
So with the rights to Australia and other countries, LRS and the patent holders should be challenging LIT. Or initially their patent application. If LIT does not get a patent then they will have to do a license deal with LRS or the Chinese.
Very soon LIT will be releasing their feasibility study. Then you will see the value in this patent once it is commercialized.

Just brought in today. The shares go in the bottom drawer. With the hope that they can get this technology over the line.
