The only problem I see with this investment is the underlying fee structure. It might one day trade at a premium however might be easier to pick out their larger holdings and hold them rather than the fund itself. Compared to say LSX (where there are no performance or management fees) this becomes a much less enticing prospect, no matter how good the manager is.
